Open Question: Romanian marriage information, help please?

Me and my romanian bf are planning to get married, we have been googling bits of information on where to start. I am currently a foreign student in UK, originally asian. My bf is romanian from birth. How can we get married in romania, is it possible to take a visit visa and marry rigt there and then. Or do we have to go through fiance visa and stuffs. What documentations we have to show?
